- When will my order ship?
- Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, please allow 48 hours for order processing.
- How will my order be shipped?
- All orders are shipped via USPS. Average delivery time is 4 - 9 days for US orders and 2 weeks for International orders. Customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be incurred during shipping. Baby Momo is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Can I cancel my order?
- If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can still cancel it for you. Please contact us at shop@babymomo.com if you have any questions about your order.
- Do you offer express shipping?
- We offer rush delivery for U.S. orders only. Expedited orders are delivered within 4 business days. Select Rush Delivery as your shipping method during checkout.
- How can I ship my order as a gift?
- If you would like to send your purchase as a gift, please contact us or mention that it is a gift in the message box on the PayPal checkout page. We're happy to leave out the invoice and include a free gift card with your message. To ship to an address different than the billing address, simply enter it as the shipping address during checkout. All orders arrive nicely packaged.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- Do you charge sales tax?
All purchases shipped to the state of Washington will be charged applicable sales tax. Sales tax applies to the order total (merchandise + shipping) as per Washington state sales tax regulations.
- Do you accept returns?
- We're happy to accept returns or exchanges for unused merchandise within 15 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for original and return shipping charges. Please contact us for more information on how to return or exchange an item.
- I'm unable to add an item I want to my cart, is it out of stock?
- Some colors or sizes may be out of stock. We try to restock items as soon as possible. Please contact us if you have any questions.
